After careful consideration, JERICHO has been released from advanced training. Jerichoβs infectiously happy personality and his wiggly bum have charmed everyone in the advanced kennel. His struggles with alert barking ended up being too persistent for a career as a PADS assistance dog.Β Jerichoβs persistence, coupled with his love of toys, are skills in disguise, because they make him a great candidate for a career as a detection dog! The PADS advanced training staff are very grateful to the amazing community of volunteers and the PADS puppy program staff whose love and hard work helped shape Jericho into the amazing dog he is today! Jericho has traveled back to Calgary to start a detection trial and we wish him the best of luck as he continues in his journey to find himself a job!
