We have started taking him on off leash trails on his own, the only times we did it before was with other dogs with good recall. He has proven to us he can be trusted to come back to us and we were even able to get him to follow us when he was trying to play with another dog. He went on a trip to the Sunshine Coast with us. He encountered 4 ferries, a few restaurants, a parade and even fireworks. Just tonight we went to a fire hall with other PADS dogs. All the fire hall stuff wasn’t too difficult for him but we had to keep him at a far distance from the other dogs to keep him successful.
