With the crazy weather we’ve had this month, Lucy has had to get over her aversion to puddles! She now struts through them without a second thought because what other option is there really?
She accompanied me to the Planted Expo this month and did fantastic. Amongst all the noise and people, she stayed calm and walked beside me up and down the aisles without bothering anybody, and I couldn’t have been more proud. We were stopped more than a few times by people who marvelled that she was there and behaving so well and the Convention Center staff were amazing.
She’s also become quite the pro at grocery shopping with me, which is a welcome development. She walks beside the cart and is aware of it turning this way and that. The produce section is still a bit of a challenge but she’s learning that wilted lettuce probably isn’t as good as a biscuit.
