Nav went into heat on February 4th, which meant that she did not have public access for the month. Just before going into heat, she accompanied several classes of kids on a skating field trip and was very well-behaved. The monotony of the month was relieved by obedience training (which she loves), as well as having another in heat female in the home to play with for a week. She also got to meet one of PADSβ newest recruits, Golden Retriever Cricket, when she arrived from the US. They played beautifully together. When her puppy-raiser watches and scores dog assessment videos (she manages the Breeding and Puppy-Raising Programs), Nav watches along on the big screen to try to master the test ahead of time.
