As the weather cooled and the leaves changed from green to orange, Olé and I took advantage of all the foliage on the ground – he was a perfect subject to photograph.  We spent some time supporting the Coquitlam Legion and handed out poppies for Remembrance Day ceremonies – we then participated in the ceremony at UBC, and Olé behaved beautifully, considering there were two other dogs present. We also participated in a ‘puppy swap’ in November, and for two weeks, Olé went to a different Raiser, and I had the delightful PADS Gamora.  These swaps are fantastic opportunities to work with another dog and to hone our skills.  Upon Olé’s return, we wrapped the month off with a trip to Bowen Island to visit friends and hike some trails.
