QUIXLEY is keen to work on new skills. He’s getting better and better walking next to a power wheelchair and is starting to do so for field trips as well as on site. Quixley is great at generalizing button to a new space! Brumby is Quixley’s kennel buddy.

  • Skills being learned: β€˜Light”, β€˜push’, β€˜tug’, β€˜button’, β€˜open the door’, β€˜up’, β€˜go through’/’back’, β€˜behind’ and retrieveΒ 
  • Recent field trips: 6th and 6th New West, New West Quay, Lougheed MallΒ 
  • Possible behavior challenges: Environmental and animal distraction
  • Potential career path: Service
