This month marked one year that Rosie has been coming to work at school with me. During this month I have reflected on the progress that she has made.
Rosie is calm and engaged when being greeted by all students. During the mornings that I have supervision and let students inside, Rosie can stay in a down for 10 minutes with students walking past her.
Often I get greeted with students saying βHi Rosieβ and they do not know my name.
