January was a challenging month with weird weather. My raiser took me on some outings to practice my distraction training the first week of the month, and I did great. More practice with outings and meet-ups to come. I turned 9 months old on January 1st, and surprise, I started my 1st heat on January 8th. So that kind of grounded my raiser and me to our house and only walked around our block. It sure put a hold on meet-ups for coffees. For now, anyway, which is ok as I became so so sleepy, I just loved napping more and being cozy with my human. I kept up on my training, mostly indoors.
I’m looking forward to making dates for coffee met ups in February.
