Storm IIΒ prefers to be naked and unincumbered by his cape. When his mind is on other things, he doesn’t mind the cape, but he is advocating support for the use of PADS bandanas vs capes. He likes his outings for the most part but has yet to be eager to attend people’s schools where there are children. So perhaps less noisy outings are more his thing. Storm is a very chill guy and so nice to have around. He just is a lovely soul that likes to seek out some pets and love.
