Vimy enjoys going to the hairdresser with me – this month he met the salon’s resident rescue dog – a tiny chihuahua named Malcolm. Malcolm is quite territorial so he was very noisy when we showed up. Vimy seemed greatly amused by this tiny spitfire but soon settled nicely near my chair. Every so often Malcolm would come by and give Vimy a piece of his mind. Vimy was curious but stayed in his down and eventually Malcolm relaxed and laid down nearby. We have been working with Vimy’s onleash engage/disengage with other dogs – so this is clearly the result!
Vimy is becoming a big fellow – he still loves his puppy daybed – but perhaps he needs a bigger one!?! (see photo)
