Vimy was neutered on October 29th. He sailed through the surgery and though the vet advised that we should pick him up after 4:30 pm and expect a groggy doggy – I received a hilarious call at 3:15 “Vimy’s surgery went very well; he is awake and he wants to go home RIGHT NOW!” He took it all in stride, especially when we ditched the big plastic cone and opted for a fancy Suitical recovery suit (see attached photo) – letting him enjoy a festive halloween, greeting trick or treaters at the door all evening!
